Repsol Renovables has signed a €612 million ( US$713.74 million ) project financing for a 700-megawatt Spanish renewable energy portfolio compromising both wind and photovoltaic assets.

The lending consortium comprised Banco Sabadell, Abanca Corporación Bancaria, Caixabank, BNP Paribas, Unicredit Bank , and Instituto de Crédito Oficial. Watson Farley & Williams represented the lenders.

The transaction represents Repsol’s second renewable project financing, following a €348 million financing package signed in December 2024 for the construction and development of a 400MW Spanish renewable energy portfolio.
