LGT appoints CEO for Thai wealth management business
Anchalee Bunsongsikul has three decades of leadership experience in international banking

Liechtenstein-based international private banking and asset management group LGT, with an to strengthen its leadership team in Thailand, has appointed Anchalee Bunsongsikul as its chief executive officer of LGT Securities ( Thailand ).

This senior management hire, the asset manager notes, underlines the strategic importance of Thailand for LGT and reflects the firm’s commitment to further expanding its presence in the market.

Bunsongsikul – with over three decades of leadership experience in international banking, including most recently as Standard Chartered Bank’s president and chief executive officer for Thailand – brings extensive experience in corporate banking, financial markets and client coverage, as well as a deep understanding of the local client landscape.

“Thailand is an important market for us,” says Henri Leimer, LGT Private Banking Asia-Pacific’s chief executive officer, “one where we have built a strong market position through a consistent, relationship-led approach focused on serving Thai families and entrepreneurs.”
